With over 14 years experience working within venues, I fully understand the couple buying process and operational logistics in both large and small wedding venues. Along with my skill set in planning weddings and selling them, sI has the perfect tools to mentor others to achieve top results.
Although based in South Gloucestershire, I travel across the UK and further afield to help new, emerging and existing venues reach their potential.

This intensive 90 minute session over zoom will zone in on the areas with which you’re struggling and will find answers to your burning questions. Before the call, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to fill in to help keep things focused and make every minute of our conversation count. After the call, you’ll receive an email action plan summarising the key points discussed.
This deluxe package includes the site visit and bespoke action plan of the On The Ground service, plus six 1-hour follow up calls over the subsequent three months to guide and support you as you implement the strategies suggested.
During these three months, I will be on-hand via email to answer any questions you have, and to help keep you accountable and on track to hit your targets.
This service is perfect if you’re looking for in-depth feedback and fast results. I will visit your venue, spending approximately 6 hours with you on site. During this visit, I’ll ask you to show me around as if I were a couple, getting both the official tour and also exploring behind the scenes. Take me through your systems and spaces in as much detail as you can, and over a cuppa we can chat through your problem areas and sticking points.
I will then go away and write a comprehensive report about your venue. I’ll share my honest feedback and give detailed advice and clearly structured action points to help you develop any weak areas, capitalise on your strengths and showcase what makes your venue so beautifully unique.
